With Mines1337 you can win every game: Each puzzle is made in a way that makes it solvable with logic alone. It is never necessary to make a guess. This is the major difference to the classic Minesweeper game.

The second innovation is that new cells are not revealed immediately, but only after a short waiting period of 2.5 seconds. During the waiting period, a progress bar is shown within the cell. This changes the game strategy: if you want to get a good time, its not practical to wait for the number, each time you reveal a cell. In order to use the waiting period optimally, you have to look for safe cells while the cell you just tapped is still pending.

There are two board sizes: 8 x 8 cells with 9 bombs, and 10 x 10 cells with 14 bombs. You can switch between the two sizes in the app settings, which you may find behind the menu button (bottom right of screen.)

To set a flag, press a cell and hold it for a moment. A red flag will disappear. To remove a flag that you have set accidentally, you may tap the flag and hold it for a moment.
